Mililani Library will Offer Preschool Storytime and Saving for College Event | Arts & Culture

Mililani Public Library will offer two free programs in September 2012.
“Preschool Storytime” will be conducted on Tuesdays from September 11 through October 16 at 10:30 a.m. in the Children’s Section. Keiki ages 2 to 5, accompanied by a parent or caregiver, are invited to listen to stories, learn finger plays, and sing songs. A simple make-and-take craft will follow the storytime. No registration is needed.
Financial advisor David Ching will present “529 College Savings Plans: Simply the Smart Way to Save for College” on Saturday, September 29 at 2 p.m. in the Quiet Room. This one-hour program for adults will include a question-and-answer session.

Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Ching received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC).
